RETURNS
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email us at info@shoeaccent.com and include your order number before you ship back your items.
Shoes must be return unworn, undamaged, and unused. We recommend for you to try on shoes in carpeted areas. As any sign of wear to the shoe will make them unrefunable.
Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please pack the shoebox in another box for protection. As the original shoebox must be return undamaged.
Shipping cost are non refunable. The cost of returning the items to us is YOUR responsibility.
All clearance, sale, flash sale, or discount merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
EXCHANGES
Due to limited quantities we are unable to guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a credit to be used in the future. Please be advised all returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
If you believe you have received a damaged item we must be notified within 3 days of delivery to you. If we are not notified within 3 days then the item will not qualify for a return or replacement.
